Glucose in the blood is too high? - high glucose
I had a blood test (after fasting for 12 hours) and received a glucose reading of 123rd I know he is on the normal range. I get my blood 3 times per year) (for other reasons and I have never seen a blood sugar 99th I know what I mean high blood glucose levels. I want my blood sugar below 99 again. How can I get my glucose, recommended reading downwards? I am a Senior (over 40 years).

I know what you think is the meat of animals that have hair (like eating cooked chicken over) I still like my meat to avoid additional reading.
Bueno person'm young 59th Started almost two years with A1C of 12.1, and daily finger prick test 600 +. 'm 50 lbs lighter go 4 miles a day and eat better than ever before. Today is my A1C was 5.5 and finger prick test results schedule is 105/85.
So stay active and eat better not.

Eating low-carb. 123 is not so bad. 99 is best.
